We offer transportation services in all of North Carolina.

Yes, we provide curb-side pick-up and drop-off services. We also offer meet & greet services (at baggage claim) for an additional fee.

STANDARD WAIT TIME: 5 minutes complimentary wait time on all NON-Airport pickups. Additional wait time is charged at $1.50/minute.

AIRPORT WAIT TIME: 30 minutes complimentary wait time on all Domestic flights and 45 minutes complimentary wait time on all International flights. Wait time starts from the time the plane lands. Additional wait time is charged at $1.50/minute.

All clients are asked to turn on their cell phones at the time your plane lands. Your driver will notify you via text of their location and instructions of where to meet (at Charlotte Airport, drivers generally pick-up at Arrivals Posts #4). You will also have the drivers information to call/text them if you are having a hard time locating them. If you cannot reach your driver, you are required to contact the office before making other transportation arrangements (your driver will always be there on time, they might just be having cell phone service issues at the Airport). Remember, no shows will be charged in full - always call the office first.

Cancellations must be made by calling the office. Cancellations made within 2 hours of scheduled pick-up time will be charged 50% of the trip. 

No Shows will be charged in full. 

If the stop you need to make is in route to your destination, it will be an additional charge of $20. 

Drivers are not allowed to change trips itinerary. For any changes to your trip, you MUST contact the office.

Lake Norman Car Service offers economy (budget-friendly) level vehicles, but we are partnered with a limousine company if you required executive level vehicles. 

There is absolutely NO smoking/vaping and NO drinking alcohol in any of our vehicle. There will be a $150 cleaning fee charged for smoking inside our vehicles.

Not all vehicles allow animals to travel in them. You MUST let your reservation specialist know you plan to travel with a pet when scheduling your trip (additional fees may apply). If you do not inform the office of pet, you risk the driver cancelling your trip and still being charged in full for the trip.
